Persona 6 Predictions and Theory Explained | Persona 6 Trailer and Leaks Breakdown

In this video, I break down a major theory based on the Persona 6 teaser and leaks—and why I think Persona 6 could actually be connected to Persona 2.

After the xbox games showcase 2026, the Xbox Store description for Persona 6 mentions a “supernatural adventure” involving strange rumors, unsettling urban legends, and occult incidents hidden beneath everyday life. (the description has since been deleted by xbox.)

That sounds extremely similar to the core themes of Persona 2, where rumors and the occult play a central role in the story.

On top of that, leaks suggest Persona 6 is set in Yokohama, which is especially interesting because Persona 2’s Sumaru City was heavily inspired by Yokohama.

The teaser also shows mysterious graves, which I believe could be referencing the real-life Yokohama Foreign General Cemetery. Which may be connected to the persona 6 protagonist because fans and myself believe he is a foreigner or halfu—especially since leaks show he has blonde hair like Lisa Silverman and Ann Takamaki.

Persona 2 could also be a horror game like fans think.

While Persona 2 already had a complete story in Eternal Punishment, many fans are hoping for possible cameos or references to Tatsuya and Maya in Persona 6.

I just hope Persona 6 releases in 2027 like persona 4 revival.
