Yashica's Minister-D, still one of the handsomest cameras ever made, packed a lot of features and excellent construction into an ergonomic body with a good lens. The light meter, by today's understanding, is complex and requires a slight paradigm shift in understanding how light is viewed, but the meter represents excellent design and functionality for the Minister-D's day. The grandfather to the Yashica Electro 35 GSN, this rangefinder shows how much rangefinder cameras evolved in the middle of the Twentieth Century.
