One day, she set out to the nearby spring to fetch water, striving to ensure her home was well-stocked. As she returned, she spotted Arsho approaching, desperation etched on her face. "Sakineh, please help me!" she pleaded. "My father Malik wants me to marry a rich boy, but I love Jesus."

Sakineh, weary from her own struggles, responded with frustration, "Arsho, don't make trouble for me. I know your father; go away." But Arsho stood her ground, insisting, "No, Sakineh, I'm not going anywhere."

Feeling overwhelmed, Sakineh snapped, "I don't know about Jesus."
