Pokémon’s 30th Anniversary set is already looking like a weird one ????

The set includes:

✨ All foil card packs
???? Brand-new Futuristic Rare cards
⚡ 30 different Pikachu cards with unique artwork
➕ Classic cards returning alongside new Pokémon ex
???? Worldwide release on September 16th

The new Mew and Mewtwo designs are probably the biggest talking point so far — futuristic, trippy, and completely different to what we usually see from Pokémon.

But then on the other side… we’re also getting another Base Set Charizard reprint, which feels a bit safe and predictable at this point ????

30 Pikachu designs is a cool anniversary idea, the new rarity could be interesting, but I’m still not sure how I feel about the Mewtwo and Mew art direction.

Are Pokémon cooking with this one… or is it already feeling a bit all over the place? ????????
